Towards ....because this is just a limited effort to fill a gap..and when the ICOS Bib appears in 2008, its future will be re-considered.

This bibliography is constructed around continents and nations (rather than a linguistic approach) purely out of convenience (for me). As such its scope is limited. Hence it does not cover names in literature, nor names in religion.
Countries have been grouped in line with the United Nations' Standard Country and Area Code classification.
