Chichester High School Combined Cadet Force

Chichester High School is one of the only state schools in the country to be fortunate enough to have a C.C.F. Over the years it has gained many awards and built up a very good reputation of being one of the best in the country.

Each year there are two, week long camps that boys can attend. One deals mainly with the military side of things such as flying, driving in tanks, riding in helicopters, firing machine guns etc. whilst the other camp deals with adventurous training. This might include rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, rafting, caving, mountain biking, hill climbing, power boating and so on.

As well as these two weeks, cadets will have the opportunity to take part in exciting training weekends. Cadets will also have the chance to take part in some rifle shooting sessions regularly at the local Military Police Army Barracks.
