RULEZ AND REGULATIONS
1.Please submit the URL of the main page.
2.Give a small description of your page's content.
3.No sites that have any nudity or pornographic material.
4.The submissions will be viewed within 4 days.
5.Winning sites MUST display the award and link it to The Saint Homepage.
6.Winners will be posted on The Saint's award winning sites page.
7.If any of these rulez are broken your Award will be terminated.
8.You may submit other people's site and an award will only be given if they accept.
9.A site may only be submitted once a month.
10.A maximum of seven sites will win the award a month.
11.Awards will be granted by me for Best Homepage content as well as download time, spelling and link popularity!
